1. Refund Eligibility
- Flight Tickets: Refundable tickets eligible as per airline policy; non-refundable tickets may only refund taxes.
- Car Rentals: Refunds may depend on rental type and cancellation period.
- Partially Used Bookings: Refunds based on unused portion, subject to provider approval.
2. Cancellation Requests
All requests must be made via email or phone. Refunds processed only after provider confirmation.
3. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds processed in 7–21 business days to the original mode of payment.
4. Service Fees
LF Tours may charge a non-refundable service fee. Provider cancellation/change fees may apply.
5. No-Show Policy
Flight no-shows generally non-refundable. Car rental no-shows may forfeit pre-paid amounts.
6. Provider Cancellations/Changes
If your booking is canceled by the provider, you may get a full refund or free rescheduling. LF Tours assists in coordination; final decisions rest with the provider.
